Our mission in Dayton is "Strength through unification and knowledge". By uniting the Union Members and instilling in them that they do not just belong to the Union but it is their Union and we work for them. Working together to become one to strengthen the Union and always remembering that the Union is only as strong as it's Membership. Keeping the Members informed and the Members working with the Stewards we continue to gain strength. With the strength and knowledge we can insure that our contract is kept intact without violations and our members are guaranteed their rights under the contract.
