Greetings from Indianapolis, Indiana Branch. We have approximately five hundred and eighty (580) Mail Handlers. Our compliment has gone down due to Retirement at the beginning of this year. We wish everyone blessed to retire prosperity and good health.
We have a quarterly Newsletter we put out to the Membership to update and educate them on contractual issues and the ever changing workplace.
The Indianapolis P&DC is located at 125 West South Street, and we have several annexes. MPA is located at 7451 Tempelhof Drive, Suite A, P-1 facility (5252 Decater Boulevard) AMC, and the Brookside Warehouse located on Brookside Avenue. Personnel services are located at 3939 Vincennes Road. Presently we have Mail Handlers at the following Branches: Nora, New Augusta, and Bacon. We are attempting to get Mail Handlers at additional branches.
Our Shop has Stewards both full-time and alternates. Their names and tours are as follows:

We have eighteen (18) QWL circles working diligently to ensure the process continues. The Coordinator is Ronald Pitcock.
As I write this article, we are heavy into Mandatory Overtime. We were told in our last Labor-Management Meeting that a great volume of mail will be shipped out to other facilities in the District. So, Brothers and Sisters, additional mail/work is coming your way.
